My original training was working in our family real estate business where I was part of developing apartments as well as responsible for the sales of hundreds of homes. Stepping out on my own in 1988, I was hired by one of the nation’s most well respected real estate investment services companies: Marcus and Millichap Commercial brokerage. Following the experience of working over a large territory in commercial investment sales I decided to focus on residential brokerage; which is where I felt I could serve the community best.

In residential brokerage I started at Coldwell Banker and immediately achieved “Top Agent” designation in a very short time. I continued as a leading producer at Coldwell Banker for many years until I decided it was time to establish my own company.

Providing “first-rate” service to my clients has always been my top priority. The amount of disclosures and paperwork has tripled since I began my career in Real Estate. This requires the staffing of experts and their efforts allow me to dedicate more time to what I do best – prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with other top agents, negotiating contracts and marketing your home.


As a Realtor I have a written contract with my clients. Part of that agreement involves terms like, “good faith,” “diligent effort,” “looking out for the best interests of the client” etc. I want you to know that I take this very seriously. As a client, you will be treated and serviced as I would want to be treated and serviced.

Sometimes people ask me when they work with me, do they get me? The answer is emphatically… yes! All the marketing, pricing strategy, networking, and ultimate sale of each home is my responsibility. With that said, decades of selling Real Estate has convinced me that the public demands a high level of service that is impossible for a single agent to give. To have a full-time Listing Coordinator means my clients have twice the effort promoting their home and soliciting agent feedback. To have a full-time Escrow Coordinator means that all timelines are regularly reviewed and adhered to—plus there’s always someone in the office to answer your call. A Marketing Director means to you the best possible exposure for your home and a strong commitment to the internet. Everyone on my staff is licensed and personally trained by me. Simply stated, we meet daily to make sure our clients are getting the highest level of service and we are always striving

From regular real estate sales to complex probate and trust sales, each transaction receives supreme skill, knowledge and attention to detail. I have been on many panels coaching Realtors on how to serve the client on stages all over the United States and in September of 2010 was again asked to speak to Realtors in Rome and London.

I have been happily married to my lovely wife Karen since 2002. Karen and I are devoted parents to our daughter Grace, who is 11 years old, and we are involved in multiple community oriented organizations and charities.
